The Brits are the second smartest people on the planet only second to the Swiss. That doesn’t surprise me. It would probably be top if not for the inbreeding issue.

Give everyone a task, then a puzzle, then a few more tasks, few more puzzles. Smart is also relative. Most academics that continuously publish are quite intelligent but functionally useless humans. It’s almost subjective how handicapped some geniuses are. judge what people have done rather than what they can memorize or how they can cheat.
It’s a weird concept to compare based on meaningless metrics.

They are not meaningless. The metrics are based in education and IQ score. It’s the best one I’ve seen and a massive amount of data minimizing standard error. And IQ tests involve solving puzzles.

Are they good at Rubik’s cube because they just get addicted to it or is that due to their IQ? They’re good at the puzzle solving but what when it comes to putting it to practical use or thinking outside the box? Taiwan hardly has an education system that uses new paradigms of thought .
Including weighting for Nobel prizes, would favour rich countries with large research dollars.

Loads of ways to play with these Chinese Zodiac cards, especially around LNY. All that I’ve observed are quite loud. One involves having firmly memorized the order of the zodiac in Tâi-gí. 10 NTD bets, but can be taken very seriously.
