About the ultralight landing in TSA when it shouldn’t be allowed:
The aviators noticed that Rutherford was able to avoid the CAA’s tight restrictions on ultralight vehicles without repercussions. The aviators said they did not dare to question the CAA over the incident for fear of impacting their flying rights.
I read the thing without noticing it was Keoni’s…until I got to the bit where he felt his duty to insert the “foreigners are privileged” quote - which is entirely real, sure, not made up, yeah, totally.
This feels like Keoni’s, I thought, went back up…yep, there he was.
On Monday, the Supreme Court upheld the high court’s ruling, found that the sentencing was appropriate, and dismissed Chang’s appeal, closing the case.
She appealed and got a heavier sentence. 
Still went up to the Supreme Court…
