I tend to shave at night too, not in the morning. Any irritation has usually subsided by morning. I only shave once per day.(per evening).

Braun S3, you can shave wet and just rinse it under the tap, the blade head can be taken off easy. I use it and after shaving I will use a 5+1 Gillette shaver to just pick up leftover tiny hairs. Pretty awesome shave clean shave.

Thanks for the recommendation. I have been using for a month now and is doing what I need…a decent shave and easy to clean. I haven’t used water to rinse yet. A razor gets a cleaner shave but this is fine for me now that I am retired and do not need to be clean shaven every day.
