What in the world is that? It would seem so much easier to simply move north. Well, no move is simple, but I would do it.

No no, and I mean North, here in Taipei. It is something that looks like a fat USB or a personal alarm, with LED lights, several comowrkers wear it round their necks like at mid chest level, ID style, and allegedly they help purify the air they breathe.
