Imagine ignoring the pleas of law enforcement, let alone having a dotard president just sitting there on his hands rooting against them.

At 1:13 p.m. on Jan. 6, a D.C. police commander facing a swelling crowd of protesters on the west side of the U.S. Capitol made an urgent call for more officers in riot gear. “Hard gear at the Capitol! Hard gear at the Capitol!” Cmdr. Robert Glover shouted into his radio.

Glover and a team of D.C. police officers had rushed to the besieged complex moments earlier at the behest of Capitol Police. By the time they arrived, the Capitol grounds were already being overrun by a mob intent on overturning President Donald Trump’s electoral defeat.

Over the next 78 minutes, Glover requested backup at least 17 times, according to a Washington Post analysis of the events, and the mob on the west side eventually grew to at least 9,400 people, outnumbering officers by more than 58 to one.

How exactly did they plan to achieve that? Seems like WaPo narrative.

You watched it with your own eyes, didn’t you?

Yup, but I didn’t see anyone trying to overturn anything but chairs.

Let me work on an impression…

Oh dear. Looks like all the LARPing got out of hand.
There goes WAPO again, persecuting harmless roleplayers.
Someone who believes this might begin to suspect violent extremism is in play. Which is, of course, the real danger.

In discussions on TheDonald.win forum, according to a new report provided to the Washington Post , members debated the best method for building a gallows and how many nooses might be needed.

Others argued instead that a guillotine would showcase better symbolism, but lamented over the likely difficulties in transporting such a large blade.

The comments are raising serious questions about the intelligence failures of law enforcement in the lead up to the failed insurrection.

Although TheDonald.Win is no longer online, cached versions of the comments were collected in a 145-page report by the nonpartisan research group Advance Democracy.

Did they bring their guillotines on Jan 6th?

Guess it was too heavy.

Looks like one of the ones the corporate sponsored lefties used to take to Trump rallies.
So where were the captured swamp creatures they were going to behead?

See, this is the level of seriousness you should attach to the

and whatever the knuckleheads in it said they was gonna do.

4 months after the fact the relatives of Ashli Babbitt are still fighting to find out the name of the person who shot her. Capitol police recently concluded their investigation of the incident and decided there will be no charges against the person involved in the shooting.

A heavy metal guitarist with ties to the Oath Keepers pleaded guilty Friday to two crimes related to the US Capitol insurrection, making him the first rioter to do so.

Jon Ryan Schaffer pleaded guilty to obstruction of an official proceeding and entering a building with a dangerous weapon. He admitted to carrying bear spray into the Capitol complex during the formal certification of the Electoral College votes.

One hundred days after the January 6 attack, Schaffer is now the first pro-Trump rioter to plead guilty and admit his crimes.

“ The shooting of Ashli Babbitt on January 6, 2021 by an unidentified U.S. Capitol Police Officer was an unjustified use of deadly force which violated her constitutional rights. It is clear from video footage that Ashli did not pose a danger to the officer, or any other person, when she was shot. Ashli was unarmed. She did not assault anyone. She did not threaten to harm anyone. There was no excuse for taking her life”

Obviously bullshit. But as far as the outcome goes, now they’ll understand how others feel. “Others” as in non-whites.

But hey a sworn officer of the law felt threatened. Prior precedent over decades makes it perfectly legal.

Same excuses can be given here: it happens in a flash of a sec, she should have complied, she should have not threatened etc etc etc

In this case they will rightly find it to be perfectly justified - a violent threat from an intimidating person was neutralized.

Not as far as outcome, but as far as media spin, not to mention spin such as that from you in this quote.

They’re going to put him on the witness protection program as he’s obviously minimising his sentence in return for grassing other people up. Simply no loyalty, these chaps!

When I first glanced at the headline I had a worrying thought that it was Slash.

Ah, science. Logos wins out again…hopefully.

In what is a bombshell revelation, the District of Columbia medical examiner, in an interview with the Washington Post, reveals that Sicknick died of a stroke due to natural causes:

Capitol Police officer Brian D. Sicknick suffered two strokes and died of natural causes a day after he confronted rioters at the Jan. 6 insurrection, the District’s chief medical examiner has ruled.

The ruling, released Monday, likely will make it difficult for prosecutors to pursue homicide charges in the officer’s death. Two men are accused of assaulting Sicknick by spraying a powerful chemical irritant at him during the siege.

In an interview with The Washington Post, Francisco J. Diaz, the medical examiner, said the autopsy found no evidence the 42-year-old officer suffered an allergic reaction to chemical irritants, which Diaz said would have caused Sicknick’s throat to quickly seize. Diaz also said there was no evidence of internal or external injuries.

All the Capitol attack terrorists need their own camp in Guantanamo bay.

Would that include your Antifa operatives?

For the Trump terrorists and their supporters: if you’re not man enough to admit what you did, don’t brag about it on online platforms, thinking you’re anonymous:
