Revolver is always packed with foreigners. Another Brick, too. Lots of bars, really. And 7-11!

I don’t even know what this means. Every bar is foreigner friendly. And some bars are owned by foreigners. Some bars are mostly foreigners and some bars are mostly not foreigners. Some bars look like it’s full of locals but it’s really foreigners.

I sometimes walk down a small lane in Taipei and find a bar and feel like it’s the most friendly bar in Taipei for me, a foreigner.

Some bars have very narrow doors, so many foreigners cannot enter. Those bars wouldn’t qualify as foreigner-friendly.

Yeah that’s right. And some of them only have squat toilets which for me is okay in an emergency because I’m flexible but for some foreigners it’s not very friendly.

You’re making a valid point there.

However, if my goal was to lose weight, I wouldn’t go to bars in the first place. So the doors wouldn’t be an issue and I wouldn’t need to lose weight. Got a bit of a catch 22 here…
