What is "WaterBoarding?

Heheheh yeah… you know, you say that, but then one day the bar owner plies you with unsolicited and unwanted shots of that miserable cough syrup known as Jagermeister and the next thing you know, you’re stabbing your finger in the air and regaling the bar with your bestial experience, to the amazement and discomfort of the other patrons.

No need. We have the videos.

Waterboarding is a form of torture. It should be illegal to do even within military circumstances.

It is the practice of getting a prisoner to give sensitive information. It works like this:

The prisoner and his girlfriend are taken to a Southern California beach, preferably in the summer. While they are sitting on the beach, the girlfriend watches the hot guys surfing the waves. Maybe even walks over and chats with them when they come ashore. But the prisoner doesn’t have the skills so he believes he is losing his girl. Then secret agent men come and ask questions, like “what is the Colonel’s secret ingredient in the KFC, yo?” and stuff.
