What is your stress reliever?

Yesterday I discovered that folding laundry could provide few quiet peaceful moments through a very stressful day!

Music.

@MJB: beautiful photograph.

Tickling my 7-mo.-old son and laughing with him.
Kneading dough while making bread.
Playing classical guitar.

Tks…Very few things more stress relieving than seeing sunlight from underwater. Couple more since you like them. Cheers.

You don’t happen to live in Kaohsiung do you? I could provide some stress release for you, free of charge!

I throw darts for half an hour. Just focusing on something else helps. Diving is great, too. But not something you can do every day.

You’re stressed out every day? :astonished:

As a general rule, someone, somewhere will do something stupid to piss me off just about every day. Usually while driving. Don’t want that stuff building up.

Watching a Maria Ozawa vid

Boxing/thai boxing depending on mood. Perfect stress relief. And if the weather is nice a jog in nature does the trick.

Cycling.

Walking/hiking.

I just go home.

If it’s really bad, I get mean drunk and have a late night flame war with jimbo presley.

A good bwahahaha cry.

I go to work!! I love my job and the kids I got working for me are great. Most of my customers are great, too. Only had one buthead in 4 months.

So you get stressed at home???

I get stressed with clutter. I am not the neatest human being in the world, but accumulation of stuff or pending jobs just pull me down. Yesterday I got someone, to clean the ceiling fans (we have 8 okay) and basically do a huge clean-up operation, cleaning out ventilators, screens and doors and windows and today I neatly packed away the kids’ summer clothing and replaced it with winter wear and I feel light as a bird.
