“I feel more free here”, thats my answer.

Thats coming from Australia. The cops dont hassle me here for going about living my life.

Maybe thats why I stayed.

Trips everyone out because they think Australia is more free.

I come because it was Asian democracy.

Taiwan is very free I agree, but Aussie cops seem ok (compared to the States), I had few questions at the airport but even then, it’s mostly “Welcome back Mate” or now with egate, nothing.

i dont think they mean any harm, taiwanese are naturally curious and like to ask very personal questions, as they do of other taiwanese.

Yes, I know in general it’s they mean no harm (but not always), but I still like to keep some things private.
