We’ll see. It’s pretty popular in Korea. They’ve changed the flavors a bit, but it’s still pretty good. I could see it working here. My wife actually likes it, and she doesn’t like much Western fast food
Yeah. Tex-Mex is straight up my favorite cuisine. Really miss it here.
How did they change it in Korea?
They do some Korean flavors. Like bulgogi beef… And the spicy chicken tacos are like kimchi spices. Good stuff. I hit it up every time I do a stopover in ICN
Well they have both full table service and take away (was fast for me)
The one in Walnut Creek is horrible with take away meals taking 40 mins on average. If it’s not too crowded and there is a seat at the bar it’s not bad.
Prices are high.
Two cheese cakes and two coffees will set you back 35 dollars including tax and service. Lucky I don’t like their cheese cakes anymore.
Weekends only they have brioche French toast which is excellent
Wife and I share that and no coffee or teas and we escape with only 20 bucks.
For lunch we may share a chicken chipotle. Which again sharing and no other orders and we can escape for twenty bucks.
Not a cheap place and not what I’d say was a fast food restaurant.
Chain restaurant yes, fast food nah
Well in LAX they have famous Korean tacos.Kimchi and all.
I’m sure they have a lot of good food there.
Canada is limited for American fast food chains. I haven’t tried most of the ones listed on this thread
That sounds amazing
Yes. They can be found all over California, and in Oregon and Washington too.
i’ve got some intriguing names on my list i’d like to try but i don’t know if they really are worth visiting. just to name a few of them: raising cane’s chicken fingers, bojangles’ famous chicken and biscuits, portillo’s
Sushiro, Yayoi, Saboten, Kaneko Hannosuke, Sukiya, Ichiran, Shokudo
Yes, I love Japanese food!
do they have any locations outside japan?
You can find all of them in Taipei.
McDonald’s is an excellent classic. Also, KFC has very tasty chicken. Check them out.
Fast food places tend to hire slow people…perhaps this is the cheesecake problem. Instead of naggin them on price and time, perhaps applaud them for hiring people that are otherwise lacking work skills? Thats why Tim Hortens does well in canada and no where else i think. We like supporting jobs and youth hockey teams.
Illinois in da House!
Yes, yes and yes. I used to go often when they came to my town in Texas.
When I visit Taiwan, Mos Burger is one place I always go to. But customers take forever to order there.
I tried Popeye’s chicken sandwich last week, not sure what the hype was all about.
I like mos burger. They are friggen slow here though! Japan mos burger is a billion times better. And ever beef burger can be substituted for a vegetarian one…a country famous for not being that vegetarian friendly can sub any burger to a veggie burger (and a tasty one…). Whereas taiwan, with a massivly vegetarian culture, cannot. Even the beyond or impossible veggie style cannot be found in most placea here. Just the main citiesm. Bit shocked considering the market here for veg food. Thwir mushroom slop rice bun burger is borderline pigfood level
Still better than mcdonalds anyday…
Eh Mos Burger Xindian has the meat substitute burger.
