What's your favorite vegetable? šŸ„¬

Ditto eggplants. I thought I didnā€™t like them until I spent some time in Turkey. That vegetable can be fantastic when cooked the right way.

I may eat one just to be polite
The Brussels sprouts but I hate them

A lot of really tasty vegetables can turn into horrible gray sludge in the wrong hands.

I guess youā€™ve never had sambiloto.

Also great. I canā€™t figure out how to cook it properly, though. I just get it at restaurants.

Just stir fry with garlic, chilis and a bit of shrimp paste.

Costco.

The only vegetables Iā€™m not partial to are parsnips, sweet potatoes and Trump.

I completely forgot potatoes. What would we do without them?

I once slandered the parsnip on this here board and many posters came to its defense. Iā€™m more than willing to give parsnips another chance. I just donā€™t know how to prepare them.

I love parsnips. Breaded and sauteed with a little nutmeg.

Potatoes are delicious but my stomach for them is limited. I get to feeling a bit sick if I have too much. This doesnā€™t seem to happen with any other vegetable.

Are Chayote Squash used in Taiwanese dishes?
