Decathlon service should be decent enough. As with shops, it may vary depending on the skills of the mechanic currently working on your bike.
If the bike you want to service is not expensive, you might want to avoid the more “posh” cycling stores carrying expensive brands. A more “down to earth” workshop might be not only cheaper, but will have more of the pieces your bike might actually need readily available.
