Give guidance, an occasional to rare help with form, but it’s like constant. Pushing legs forward a cm, pulling shoulders back a cm… all this little bullshit guidance. And then instead of letting girl learn and adjust through a set or sets, they just keep touching, pulling, pushing.

Many girls seem a bit oblivious and thinking maybe it just the way things are done.

The same personal trainer guys, or even regular personal trainers, don’t do it with guys. Occasional help with form or to help with weights, but not constant.
