World's Biggest Starbucks Opened in Shanghai

Those things are like one bite. OK, maybe I have a big mouth…

The long one? That’s the only thing I like there. Because the cinnamon rolls suck.

It’s not long. It looks like this.

And yes, the cinnamon rolls are ass. Let’s not even go there.

Like I said, one bite…

Yes, but you’re a cow with four stomachs. For us one stomach normies, it’s at least 2 or 3 bites.

I went to the Shanghai Roastery last week. Pretty cool space, I got there early so I didn’t have to wait in line… they have a ton of line barricades and tough looking bouncer guys set up outside, I guess you have to wait later in the day. I found that pretty funny. Spent about US$15 for a latte and a ham & cheese croissant. Whew, steep. Very, very good though. I can admit it.

Wonder what the exact price of a Grande Latte is compared to Taiwan?

Roughly $30 NTD to one USD (roughly… it bounces between 30 to about 33 or so in my experience). Grande Latte is about 120 NTD so that = 4 USD. I don’t remember how much ham and cheese croissants cost, but definitely not 10-11 USD. So it sounds like they mark it up a lot.
