But damn, man, that’s his schtick! And what’s more, it works. Very well indeed. What YOU need to do is take your own own fork when you go. Specially sharpened, so you can stab the backs of any unwary hands that encroach upon your degustations.
My boy you are going to have a rough time in Asia. The first step may be the longest but the last step to heaven will then be the shortest. Take it and when you look back you will be smiling.

I have no objection to sharing food in the right environment, or when the people going together are expecting to share food. However when a restaurant owneer comes out and says not to expect the food in a timely fashion what can one say? However that being said the food is fine at Yuma’s, if you can get to it before the other scavengers and detritivores have raided your plate.
I doubt I will have a rough time in Asia.
Yuma obviously is the right environment though because that’s how they choose to operate and it makes them successful in this market.
Maybe I missed the humour in this post.
Hi Everyone,
We’ve launched our Wild West Week Days. Check out these Wild specials:
Are the Tuesday Rib and Wednesday wing specials available for take-out or dine-in only? If they are available for take-out can you call ahead for an order? Thanks.
I was going to ask the same question. Mmmm, ribs!
Maybe I missed the humour in this post.
No humour, I think I just expressed myself badly, the first portion comes with all the sides etc, but the second lot is just another slab or ribs on the same plate as the first order. Still a great deal though…

Are the specials dine-in only, or take out too?

Will Yuma be doing anything for Thanksgiving? I know it sounds strange (southwestern Thanksgiving?) but I’d rather eat there than just about anywhere else. And other local Western places have seriously dropped the ball IMO for this holiday. After the debacle last year, I don’t know where to go this year.
There are a lot of exciting things happening at Yuma starting today. First off we are still going strong with our daily specials. From Monday-Thursday we have something to salivate over. From Buffalo wing deals to Perfect Pitchers of Kronenbourg draft. Here’s more info.

Now I’d like to know what you guys put in you drinks, as my GF took her mum there for her birthday dinner last night and we bought her mum a Margarita and she got wasted on just one…
You know they sell Patron tequila in that joint, right? Why anyone would want to bastardize such an outstanding tipple with juice is beyond me.
That is one FINE, FINE sippin’ booze.
Thanks for all the great feedback!
We have been working hard at improving our service and menu. Our new menu is on the tables and about to go on our Website in jpeg form. In a few days I’ll have it up properly.
Cheers,
Alan
PS Lost Swede: Just the classics man, 2 ounces Tequila, one ounce Cointreau, and REAL Limes! No Margarita mixes. AND they’re shaken not slushed.
PS You’re right Sandy, but for those so inclined:
You can now have your Margaritas in a variety of flavors:
Classic
Cranberita
Grapefruterita
Orangerita
Strawberita
Cuervo or Patron…
Thanks Citizen K. Your custom is much appreciated!
