If I could, I would grab every stray cat and give them a home.
Our market cats are spayed/neutered and well fed. But strays do not live long. Disease, cars, dogs, evil people claim them.

The animal associations and shelters. You can lol up Mary’s Doggies, ACT Taiwan, Crazy at NPV or visit the shelters in Neihu or Yonghe.
There is a gang of what is called in Taiwan as aixinmama who feed and care for strays in neighborhoods. I said our because I am not the only one taking care of them.
