Best thing I’ve ever seen from Vice. Wow.

In the 21st century, aside from geopolitical sovereignty, there is no other reason to commit cultural and linguistic genocides on the ethnic peoples of Xinjiang and Tibet.

Diversity and pluralism should be wilfully and meaningfully appreciated, celebrated and honoured in China.

Meanwhile China sits on the UN human rights council with other major human rights violators. US did a good job leaving, it’s a joke. The UN is a joke.

Sending Uighurs to concentration camps has been daily business in China for years now. But sentencing intellectuals to death in secret trials with baseless allegations (attempting to split the country) is a new low. How is that not genocide?

That sounds like a very National Socialist Party fascist thing to do.

And why do they think that Xi intervening in the case would lead to any better result? The case is proceeding at his order, direct or not. All his intervention would lead to would be faster and more executions.

Theyve been installing cameras in all the churches now and supposedly placing XJP thought in churches which they have to read out aswell.

BTW, that reminds me: where can we put discussion of China´s rewriting the Bible? Aside from the fact that most Bibles are printed in China, now they will “Sinicize” the text., whatever that means.

XJP really doesn’t want ‘western influences’ corrupting Chinese minds.
But then he sends his daughter to Harvard?

Double standards much…It’s the real ‘chinese way’.

Uighurs in Xinjiang you are put in a camp if they have WhatsApp installed or called a relative that lives abroad.

video evidence of Chinese forcefully moving Uighurs to concentration camps, with their hands bound, and eyes covered.

An Australian by the name of Nathan Ruser narrowed down the location to West Korla Railway Station.

I’ve been seeing this footage everywhere. Crazy how China can just do this shit with impunity.

Feels like its gone past impunity, and gone to wilfully gloating about it.

Judging by the way he identified the place, I bet he could give @Dr_Milker a run for his money in the Picture Game.

This sounds like a challenge. :sunglasses:

This is just a hunch, but I’m betting that “guess the place” games aren’t really big on the internetz in Poohdonia.

Read this as “pooed on ya”
