Some of those sound pretty gross even for Taiwan.
The last time I took post-dinner ice cream in a restaurant here, I made the mistake of assuming the pink one was strawberry or similar and didn’t bother reading the label. I discovered after tasting it was “salted red bean” or something like that. That’s not a proper ice cream flavor.
