I can somewhat relate though, a bus driver made me see red once by not stopping when I had my hand out. I ran after it and banged on the door (there is a red just light just 100 meters down the road. ) He let me on.
Probably too late now. The bus driver would have said he stopped the bus after Niman flipped the bird. Ninman then lies and denied flipping the bird to the police. Rather silly seeing as so many cameras are on buses.

Ok so the police said they only download the footage if there’s been an accident. So maybe I need to ask the bus company for it?
I saw a news about a guy posting on Facebook that some eggs he bought at a store was rotten and it looked like Brazil flag.
Guy was arrested for public insult.

Ok the lawyers are going to call the police and find out if a case was filed, but they said its unlikely because they have to pay a lawyer to do it.
That’s not the problem it was the bus driver refusing to open the door and physically constraining him that’s the issue. Besides Inman had indicated that the bus had come to a full stop already
Bus driver can claim due to safety that he didn’t open the doors. That’s why passengers are not allowed to open the doors and disembark anywhere they feel like it. Same as on boats and planes, the captain are in sole charge and can have passengers detained or removed or restrained. What charges could Ninman face by trying to take the controls of the bus. There are penalties for doing so.
Yer, it was rather silly to stop the bus. Stopping in the road with other passengers onboard because someone annoyed him. Very silly of the bus driver.
Flipping the bird is stupid. And getting on the same bus is pretty ridiculous.
However, if the bus driver really shouted in your face etc, and it went down the way you say, I’d be wanting the bottle of whiskey from him, not buying one for him.
