The Mediterranean Diet doesn’t really resemble what people around the Mediterranean eat today. It’s a synthetic diet that pulls ideas from those cuisines but was basically formulated to conform to the low-fat, whole-grains ideas of the day while giving it a nice PR label. As diets go, it’s not a bad one, but the average Italian, Spanish or Greek person doesn’t really eat like that. Even the originators of the diet (an Italian and a Greek doctor based in the US, IIRC) had some heated arguments about what actually constitutes “Mediterranean” food.
Tell the truth…you just watched it for the “after” photos.
I think Icon just watched it for the narrator foreigner dude in the purple shirt.
Stalker!!
It is not stalker if you are open about it.
This one is good - though I swear my dad has a shirt like that.
Looking for this place right now.
Let me know if it’s good, I don’t like super-sweet shakes so a keto-thingy might be awesome for me even if I’m not really a keto dude.
It’s not happening. Is it City Hall office, city hall bus station, buildings connected to city hall underground or street level around city hall.
All I’ve found are juice bars with the closest keto drink avocado milk, which isn’t keto friendly with the milk added.
Close to exit four of city hall met. Inside station
Was supposed to read keto cakes, rather than shakes
Oma Ursel is doing high protein bread and bagels, if anyone is interested. Basically a lot of flax and sesame seeds and little special flour. Tasty.
Aha, looking for them 2.
That’s Heisenberg to you.
Here, why you should add more falxseed, sesame seeds, etc to your diet:
