What is narcissistic about giving a dying message to your friends, wife and family?

When people think of a livestream, they think of vlogging. Hi this is me so and so like, comment and subscribe!
When Taiwan News says he pulls out a phone to live stream to fans. It sounds like a vlog. Yeah I just got shot today anyways like, comment and subscribe.
Taiwan News intentionally underscores what he is trying to do.

Taiwan News isnt NYT or BBC, i dont think people need to be given leeway at ths point for taking it seriously

I dont, of course its a livestream. I have an issue with calling a man who had just been shot asking people to look after his wife and family, a narcissist.
But who called him a narcissist for wanting to leave a dying message? He was just called a narcissist in general. I don’t know who started the livestream but they probably did get his permission first.
Personally I don’t have a particular problem with the guy. Just he’s really not a political activist.

I agree its not correct to call him a political activist but the 6/23 event last year was clearly political activism. He is foremost a youtuber but fair to add activist to other titles/.
Can’t we just all agree that he is very outspoken about politics compared to most youtubers? Considering the fact that his day job is operating a gym and his channel isn’t dedicated to political news, he’s more political than most, and often invites politicians onto his channel. That being said, he’s very easily manipulated and often swings wildly between the KMT, the TMD (TPP) and the NPP or whoever is trendy at the moment.
No. He asked one of this employees at his gym to put him on livestream after he was shot.
When you have a near-death experience and you want to leave a dying message for your family, you call them, not go on livestream on Facebook or Youtube for your fans and tell them to look after your wife and children. What did he expect the fans do for his family? Marry his widow? Give me a break. 
Only a raging narcissist like him would do what he did.

I think they are either manufactured here, or stolen from armories. Making guns isn’t rocket science, and when a prisoner in San Quentin can make an automatic machine pistol, it isn’t hard for people outside to make them.
