Mrs. Field's Cookies are now in Taiwan

I say crunchy is old haha, hot and fresh is soft ,but im not Taiwanese.

And Taiwanese are trying American cookies , A different style maybe the business will fail because the cookies are not crunchy enough? Many American companies in tw change to suit the cultural needs.
Time will tell

Biscuits arent supposed to be soft and soggy.

McDonald’s is horrible food and its #1 in the world.

Mrs. Field’s doesn’t sell biscuits…

Does

In America, these are biscuits.

I know

You nasty nasty troll…

No I’m not that’s your inference.

Apologies. Have a nice crunchy biscuit, on me.

They ain’t biscuits, they are better!!
you are actually trying to say dry old people food such as these custard cream biscuits are better than real cookies? you are out of your mind!
And english biscuits are even another level above taiwanese ones. Taiwanese biscuits are truly a sad sight. The fancy boxes don’t fool me.

Like how Coldstone no longer has pretty much any American flavors anymore? Freaking matcha and “milk” flavored ice creams. And bubble tea pearls and red beans as mix-ins?! The whole reason I go spend NT200 there is for a massive sugar rush of excessively sweet American candy mixed into excessively sweet ice cream flavors! Thankfully, there is still some peanut butter cup creation with chocolate ice cream and natural pb. Every other flavor there “is sucks”.

Just wait, Mrs. Fields will start cooking their cookies to a burnt crisp and cutting 100% of sugar (and other sweeteners) out of them. Then they’ll be successful in TW forever.

Somebody is getting worked up .
Someday you guys will find a real European cafeteria and bakery and discover good desserts and snacks .Probably not in Taiwan though.

jam and cream? that looks rubbish. reminds me of an english jam donut. (also rubbish)

vs

There’s no competition. you just have to hand it to our yank over lords, they out did us on certain things such as cookies and donuts.

Hehehe it’s not rubbish it’s awesome fresh cream and strawberry jam . It’s all about the freshness and quality of the ingredients .

And that English jam donut looks good.

But I’m a scone and trifle man myself. Brits are underrated when it comes to desserts.

Does it? Does it really?

I dare, ya. Open an english jam donut shop in taiwan. I DARE YA. Nobody is going to buy them, you and me both know it.

You are hilarious dude.
Taiwanese chew binlang and eat stinky tofu I’m pretty sure I can find somebody to eat a jam donut.
And I won’t be selling no ENGLISH donuts lol.

Prefer this myself.

Who gonna buy that? This is victorian era granny food. Get with the times Brian. Nobody is eating jam and cream high tea at noon scones, trifle, prawn cocktails, cucumber sandwiches and bread pudding anymore.
Even the asian adoptions are better. Hong kong milk tea :+1: :+1: :+1:

No thanks. looks like a pile of sick.

Pile of yummy sick.

I agree that Taiwanese are into presentation over flavour.

You forgot to mention the custard man, everything is better with custard.

Exactly. That’s the good stuff…By the way there were rumours that Mrs Fields grandkids visited recently. They couldn’t get through the airport doors so sadly that were turned back.
