Do you guys have any tips on what to do in Taipei on 10-10? I would like to see the parade and the fireworks, is it already clear what time these start? I was thinking to go to Beitou in between, are the hot springs and museum open on 10-10? Thank you!
Is Monday /09.10/ off?
Get the hell out of Taipei and go have some fun at the beach or something!
Or yes go, try to see the parade, which is so crowded you can’t see it unless you have a special seat, or go the other side before it or after it and can see something.

Not sure what you are referring to. The official National Day fireworks will be at Wuqi Harbor, Taichung City as far as I know.
The weekly fireworks in Dadaocheng last until August 20, again, as far as I know, so…

Watch the parade on TV. Go to the displays at CKS Memorial hall. Then avoid the crowds!
Yes! Oct 9th(Monday) is a holiday so we have a long 4 day weekend but we gotta “make up” for this “gift” which the Govt. so graciously gave us by going to work on Sep 23rd(Saturday).
