China has moved to throat swab only. Omicron is detected in the throat about 1-3 days before nose.

Nobody here is helping me. Its raining. I have no way to go home.

All because i tried doing the right fucking thing

Ubike?

If they won’t let you take a quarantine taxi, surely you can take a regular taxi?

Whereabouts are you?

Its a 2 hour bike ride and i have such a headavbr now and its raining

Crap. Good luck with this - it sounds like one of the worst days ever.

I’d have been collapsed in tears, wrapped up in a fetal position, three or four stages ago in your day. Kudos for making it this far, but … damn. Awful.

Feels bad man. I’d offer to give you a lift but, well, you know…How did you book the original quarantine taxi? Can you do that again?

At this point I’d surrender to the healthcare system and ask for a bed.

the taxi guy should have gave you his number, call it … find somewhere comfortable to sit and lock that shit down until he comes back.

Maybe you could go ask the testing people wtf you’re supposed to do now?

A cop saw me having a mini breakdown at side of the road. He is trying to help and find way to get me home
