Oh yes! I was in Northern Ireland last October and rarely have I eaten as well as I did there. Ulster Fry. Irish Stew. Colcannon. Champ.

If you don’t like Irish food well, wise up and catch yourself on.

Ever eaten an Andouillette? They look too rank for me. And I’ve eaten blow fish sperm soup.

Numerous times. They’re brill if seasoned properly. Great restaurant near Chevry Cossigny on outskirts of Paris I used to frequent did a great one.

I’ve got an asbestos palate and I could not force down more than a mouthful. Absolutely rank. The worst thing I’ve ever eaten.

Well, I do believe @ChewDawg has a sophisticated palate. Then @BiggusDickus reminded me that andouillette is shit wrapped in skin and I had to go with my gut. Literally and figuratively.

I don’t have a sophisticated palate, I’ll try anything. But I’m hovering over the andouillette line.

Really depends on how it is prepared. Either it’s very, very good, or it’s disgusting. There’s no middle ground. I have a number of French friends and chose restaurants carefully.
