Not only this, but in Dublin you have lot more ethnic food choices.
So donāt read it.

Oh yes! I was in Northern Ireland last October and rarely have I eaten as well as I did there. Ulster Fry. Irish Stew. Colcannon. Champ.
If you donāt like Irish food well, wise up and catch yourself on.
I can envision the second item, but the other three are mysteries to me.
Clearly I have more to things to try down the road!

Two of them are fancy mash. The Ulster Fry is a thing of rare beauty.

That doesnāt look particularly appetising at all.
To each their own, brother.
If made with quality ingredients, and paired with a good beverage, Iām sure it would be great (as long you youāre not vegetarian that is!).

Ever eaten an Andouillette? They look too rank for me. And Iāve eaten blow fish sperm soup.
Numerous times. Theyāre brill if seasoned properly. Great restaurant near Chevry Cossigny on outskirts of Paris I used to frequent did a great one.
Ok, Iām highly suggestible. Iāll give one a try.
Thanks for proving my point.
Really? I tried it once and it tasted like shit. Literally.
Iāve got an asbestos palate and I could not force down more than a mouthful. Absolutely rank. The worst thing Iāve ever eaten.
I tried it once and it tasted like shit.
@ChewDawg, Iām going to flip back and side with @BiggusDickus.
Well, I do believe @ChewDawg has a sophisticated palate. Then @BiggusDickus reminded me that andouillette is shit wrapped in skin and I had to go with my gut. Literally and figuratively.
A sophisticated palate enjoys pigās colon, as long as itās been properly seasoned. OK.
I donāt have a sophisticated palate, Iāll try anything. But Iām hovering over the andouillette line.

Really depends on how it is prepared. Either itās very, very good, or itās disgusting. Thereās no middle ground. I have a number of French friends and chose restaurants carefully.

You are being intellectually dishonest.
Either itās very, very good, or itās disgusting. Thereās no middle ground.
