WCIF Terry’s Chocolate Orange?

Ritter Sport.

Guy

I haven’t seen the white chocolate Ritters here in ages. Am I just not looking carefully enough?

I am not even sure if they have it, but I think it’s possible

Generally, chocolate with fruits sounds like a good idea. I would like to try this too^^

That should perhaps be in this thread instead:

Guy

Look no further. I’m right HERE!!!

Pics?

Ritter’s I still see fairly often. But while I used to regularly buy the white chocolate & macadamia flavor, I haven’t seen that here in a long while. I do know the flavor still exists since I got it in Canada last summer.

But now that I think of it, Watson’s was one of the places where I bought it, and it’s years since I’ve been in a Watson’s.

They had the big ones or the smaller ones with different flavors?

The normal 4x4 bars? I’ve never bought the Halloween-ish mix bags, if that’s what you’re referring to.

But I may be going back over a decade here.

Since we’re talking other chocolate as well, how about Tim Tams? Where can I get those? Kind of like the cheap dude’s Twix. Used to be in Watsons for a very reasonable price many years ago.

That’s what she said. :slightly_smiling_face:

Yes 4x4.
Somtimes there are some mixed packages like you said. I think 2x2.

They’re regularly at Carrefour, or at least the Danshui and Tianmu/ Zhishan branches that I frequent. Usually milk chocolate; sometimes also dark chocolate, white chocolate, and chocolate mint.

In Danshui Carrefour, somewhere in the snacks aisles, cookie sections. In Zhishan, in the import food section, usually against the left wall after you come in on the main floor.

Agreed Tim tams car4 and they had Terry’s orange last year. Not sure about now

Have I posted this yet?

One more thing that got me thinking. I haven’t seen Dutch Stroopwafels in quite some time.

I know Costco had them at one time and again I’ve seen them at Carrefour back in the day when it was French owned.

Anyone seen ‘em?

I think I’ve seen the minis in Carrefours fairly recently, but not the big coffee-cup sized ones. I do still see those - not that brand - at City Super.

Between Timtams and now stroopwafels, you’re zooming in quite accurately on the cookies that I buy here!

For those who don’t know, a stroopwafel resting atop a cup of tea as it brews, and then eaten when it’s all nice and warm and gooey (and hopefully before it collapses into the tea), is quite tasty indeed.

EDIT: To my surprise, I also found them for a while at one of the bigger PXMarts in Danshui. But I haven’t seen them at that branch in at least a few months now. And definitely not in the smaller branches!
