Now I know, why I got that message yesterday.
Today morning, I came in the company, and the first that happened was, that a colleague of me telled me that I should came to my boss. I thought I did something wrong, but found out soon, that this thought was wrong.
As I opened the door of the office from my boss, I have seen 3 persons: My boss, the taiwanese Visitor, and the colleague of me that was telled to take care of him, all with faces white as cheese. The first I have noticed was, that the taiwanese looked like he would be in big trouble, and the first thing my boss asked me said me that he was. My boss asked without saying hello or good morning “Did you make a backup from the Memory of that damn robot?”
I found than out that this sweet little taiwanese has erased the entire data storage of the machine by mistake, and there is no way to recover that without a backup, or we would need to order a complete new Data memory device from Taiwan, this would need weeks to arrive, or the shipping would be damn expensive.
So the result of that is now, that I will have now the taiwanese in my home today afternoon because my private Pc is the only computer in the entire reachable enviroinment that has a port for M2 SATA SSD.
I dont know already if I should be happy to have a person in my home that showed the last days I had to do with such a strange behavior, but in this case there will be no other way, he knows all the details about the software, and I have the only avaliable copy of the software, so no way around.
The only good thing is, that I have now the possibility to speak with him in a more private enviroinment, and I rally hope that he is in this enviroinment not so much shy like in the hotel as I tried to speak there with him.
just focus on the work and add in some small talk about movies, favorite foods, video games, etc
How can it cost more than 100-300 euros to have it shipped to Germany in less than 48 hours?
That explains why he was upset the other day and brushed you off. He was afraid

100 - 300€ is the definition of expensive in this case, especially if I have a backup available for free and instantly, and in times of Corona nobody really knows when the parcel would really arrive, not even if you ship with express.
Possibly that could be the reason, sadly, nobody can see what he thinks.

Folks, I know, the question is extreme generic, but I think its really not funny in this case, and I want to help him, but thats not easy if you know nothing about taiwanese mindest or how they think.
Taiwanese love flowers and chocolate. These things will make him feel like at home

Ok, I think I ask in the health section again, eventually the have a little bit more experience with such things. I dont want to write a novel what happened last night, but that poor guy has so much stress that he cried, and this is in my eyes a very bad sign because I think it needs much stress that a person that is so shy like he has no other choice than cry himself out on a “stranger” I didnt understand his problems well because I cannot understsand English so well, and if a person cries and speaks the same time, it is even worser. The only I understand that it seems that he as problems between him and his parents, stress in his job, and fear against mainland china that they could attack Taiwan, and some other things. I dont even know if I understand that all right, but I will try to help as far as I can. I dont know too if I should tell my boss about his problem so my boss can speak with his boss, but I think that would be not such a good idea because I dont know how the taiwanese comapny will react then. The main problem, the broken self driving forklift could be solved, the software is again on the SSD, and boots in emulator, so I think this thing will work again Monday so one big problem solved (He was so afraid about his error that he didnt sleep the penultimate night, and I think the fact that he was so tired lead to the breakdown last night)
